Our Mission:
3iii Training Alternative Provision aims to support young people who may thrive in an alternative educational environment. We focus on personal development and academic success, offering a flexible approach tailored to each pupil's needs. We offer creative, differentiated sessions delivered by qualified, experienced Teachers, utilising assistive technology and a blended learning approach to innovate and inspire everyone to study, enjoy, achieve and progress.

Who We Serve:
Our provision supports pupils who may benefit from a different approach to mainstream education, particularly those who need smaller class sizes, individual attention and a quiet, calm environment that is conducive to learning.

3iii Training is based at Office 5 Middletons Yard Worksop S80 2FT, in Worksop Town centre within close proximity of the bus station and walking distance from the railway station,  where we deliver our provision from 10am until 2.30pm. Each day is different and unique and bespoke to the interests of our pupils.  Everyone participates in core sessions including Maths,English and PSHE as part of their daily schedule. These sessions are personalised and tailored to meet the individual needs and abilities of each pupil. By adapting the content to match the pupil’s current level, we ensure that knowledge is built in a way that is most effective for each person, allowing for continuous progression and engagement in their learning journey.
